Hedonism in Christ is amazingly liberating. It does no good to arm yourself in an argument with lovers of the world with prohibitions from the fleeting joy their idol gives them or with and threats and warnings about sin if you can't also fight it
with a promise of superior happiness. I need to consume the
little stream of pleasure they have in the things of this world with an ocean of holy
satisfaction. What good does it do me to tell people I am Christian if I am a miserable in my faith. So I will eat, drink and be merry!
1 Corinthians 10:31
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do. Do all to the glory of God.
Today and everyday I am thankful...
